We don’t provide prices over the phone due to the unique nature of each plumbing situation. Instead, our skilled technicians will arrive at your location, assess the situation thoroughly and comprehensively, and then provide you with a detailed and itemized price based on their evaluation. This approach ensures that you are fully informed of the costs associated with the work required. If the price seems fair, you can decide to proceed then and there.

At Dan’s Plumbing, we do not provide detailed price breakdowns for each component of the job. Instead, we offer a single, all-inclusive price that covers the entire scope of the work. This price fairly reflects our professional service, the labor involved, the quality materials used, the specialized equipment necessary, overhead expenses, travel costs, and the time required to complete the job efficiently and correctly.
We always recommend obtaining 1-3 estimates for higher priced jobs.

Determining whether you need a plumber can sometimes be challenging. Several signs indicate that you might need professional assistance with your plumbing system. For instance, if you notice persistent leaks, recurring clogs, or a sudden increase in your water bill, these could be warning signs. Additionally, if you encounter unusual noises coming from your pipes or experience low water pressure, it may be time to call in an expert. Recognizing these indicators early can help prevent more significant issues in the future.

Depends on the estimate. If we have to crawl or use our tools that is considered an inspection that will acquire a fee that can go towards the estimate given for repair.
-
Depends on the job.
We do not offer warranties on drain cleaning.

If you notice a sewer smell, we recommend we come out to inspect first. Sometimes, the smell comes from dried-out pipes in sinks or bathtubs that haven’t been used lately—running water for 5–10 minutes often fixes this. If the smell remains and seems to come from the toilet, the wax ring may need replacing. If the problem continues after inspection and repairs, a smoke test might be needed. We work with Leak Detection Pros to do this. Call us if you have these issues, and we’ll help you decide the best next step.

Sorry to hear about your high water bill. Possible causes could include a leaking outdoor hose, irrigation system issues, a leaking toilet, a dripping faucet, or even a hidden leak inside a wall. Checking these common problem areas can help identify the source of the excess water usage.
If you’re experiencing any plumbing issues or signs of a leak, give us a call first before contacting a leak detection company, as those services often tend to charge significantly higher fees.
