It all started in 2013 when…
Dan’s Plumbing and Sewer Service was established by Dan Dupirak along side his companion Bella, who has dedicated his life to the plumbing industry. Dan began learning the trade at the young age of 14, working diligently to acquire the skills necessary to excel in this field. Over the years, through hard work and dedicated experience, he has amassed a wealth of valuable knowledge that ultimately paved the way for him to launch his own business. Today, it stands as a proud family-run establishment, continuing Dan's legacy of quality service and commitment to the community. Our logo holds considerable significance, particularly because Bella was not just a pet; she was a beloved companion to Dan, representing the heartfelt bond they shared. We miss her dearly!

Office Manager
Meet Amelia, the Office Manager at Dan’s Plumbing & Sewer Service. Originally from Australia, Amelia plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. As both the manager and Dan’s wife, she brings a personal touch and strong sense of dedication to the business. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and embracing the vibrant community they serve together.
Tania
Office Admin & Dispatcher
Meet Tania, our Dispatcher at Dan’s Plumbing & Sewer Service. Born and raised in beautiful Marin County, Tania is a proud graduate of Sonoma State University, where she earned a degree in Business Administration. She brings a well-rounded background in accounting, restaurant management, and customer service—making her a valuable asset to both our team and our customers. Outside of work, Tania enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, staying active through sports, and connecting with friends and community at music events.
Shane
Plumbing Technician
Meet Shane, a seasoned plumbing technician with over 21 years of hands-on experience in the industry. Known for his expertise and dedication to providing high-quality service, Shane approaches every project with precision and care. Outside of work, he enjoys honing his culinary skills in the kitchen, following rugby with enthusiasm, and reading historical fiction to broaden his perspective. Most importantly, Shane values spending quality time with his family, which remains his greatest source of motivation.
Plumbing expertise: PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) repair and replacement, comprehensive outdoor maintenance, efficient water heater replacement, and necessary pipe replacement.
Jared
Plumbing Technician
Meet Jared, a highly experienced Plumbing Technician with over 21 years in the trade. Known for his dependable service and commitment to excellence, Jared approaches every job with professionalism and care, leaving customers with lasting peace of mind. Outside of work, he enjoys playing disc golf, exploring new taco spots, practicing meditation, and proudly supporting his children's many activities.

Plumbing Technician
Meet Rick, a skilled Plumbing Technician with over 6 years of hands-on experience. Known for his reliability, Rick ensures every home he works in receives the highest level of care and professionalism. Outside of work, he’s a devoted father, is also fluent in both English and Spanish, and has a passion for pasta and creating joyful moments with his loved ones.

Meet Jakob, a valued member of our plumbing team for over 9 years, bringing more than a decade of industry experience. In addition to his technical expertise, Jakob has a passion for history, enjoys gaming, and practices archery in his free time. His dedication to both his craft and his diverse interests reflects the well-rounded professionalism he brings to every job.

Chris
Plumbing Technician
Meet Chris, with 29 years of experience at Burkell Plumbing and a Marin native, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to the Dan’s Plumbing & Sewer Service team. Specializing in general service and repair, gas pipe sizing, tankless water heater installation, and water line repair, there’s hardly a plumbing challenge he hasn’t tackled. Outside of work, Chris enjoys hitting the golf course and indulging in his favorite cuisine, Mexican food. His favorite color is blue, which matches his calm and dependable nature. We’re excited to have him on board and know our customers are in great hands with Chris on the job!

Outside of work, he enjoys riding his Harley Davidson and brings that same passion and drive to his role. With Josh on the job, your plumbing needs are in capable and reliable hands.

Meet Werner, one of our dedicated Plumbing Technicians and a proud Marin County local. A true professional, Werner combines his strong background in customer service with growing technical expertise to ensure each job is handled with care and precision. As a devoted family man, he values connection and trust—qualities that carry through to the way he serves our customers. Outside of work, Werner enjoys fishing, playing soccer with friends, and sharing traditional Guatemalan meals like Pepian with loved ones.
